Conference Hotel

Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. Room rate $70/double plus 8% tax. Must mention PMTA for conference rate. Reservation must be made by May 14, 2012 to receive special rate. Any cancellations within 24 hours from date of arrival will be billed for one night stay plus tax. Check-in 3:00 pm; check-out 12:00 noon. Baggage storage available for those arriving early. Attendees are responsible for their own room, tax and incidentals. Rooms must be guaranteed by a major credit card or cash deposit.

Meals

Registration includes one (1) box lunch for Saturday. The Saturday evening conference banquet is $36 per person and is payable at the time of registration. Banquet meal choices are made at the time of registration–vegetarian, chicken or beef. All other meals are on your own. Conference banquet will be held at the Days Hotel and Conference Center, Brandywine Room.

Registration

Registration may be done online(coming soon) or by completing and mailing the form included with the print newsletter. Payment can be made by credit card via PayPal (online only), or by mailing a completed registration form and a check payable to PMTA to the address below. Anderson & Roe Concert Tickets

The concert is Friday, June 8, 2012 at 7:30 PM at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 10 W. Pleasant Grove Rd., West Chester 19382, located about a mile south of the WCU campus on Route 322/202. All Conference registrants receive one complimentary ticket with registration. Additional tickets may be purchased using the mail-in or online registration forms, or by purchasing tickets at the Conference. Students and families are welcome to attend this concert.
