PMTA 2020 CONFERENCE – Cancelled

The PMTA Executive Committee regrets to announce that the 2020 State Conference, originally scheduled for June 12-14 at Penn State University has been cancelled. Although we are disappointed at having to make this decision, In light of the continued developments and risks due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have all agreed this is the best thing for us to do at this time.

Plans are underway for the 2021 PMTA conference at Seven Springs (June 25-27, 2021) and we hope you will consider attending this event. We will keep you posted with these plans.

If you had already registered for the conference, refunds will be processed via Paypal. Also, if you reserved a room at the conference hotel The Penn Stater, please contact the hotel directly 814-863-5000 to cancel your reservation.

In addition, the PMTA Calendar Eblasts have been temporarily suspended until further notice.

Congratulations to MTNA Performance Competition Winners

Congratulations to Alyssa Gabrilovich (junior piano) student of Igor Renianski and Laura Stanell (senior voice), student of Beth Stanell, who won their respective categories at the Eastern Division MTNA performance competitions and will represent PMTA at the national competition the MTNA National Conference in Chicago, March 2020.
